Frequently Asked Questions

When?

Saturday, October 6

Where?

Weather permitting, OctoBREWfest will be outside in the grass in front of the Z-Rock Stage at the Nez Perce County Fairgrounds.  If the weather is bad, we’ll move it inside the red barn.

What are the hours?

2:00 to 6:00

How much does it cost?

Until the end of September, advance tickets are just $15!  After that, you’ll pay $20 and if you choose to pay at the door, it will still be twenty bucks.  Each token is good for a sample of beer or wine. Additional tokens are $1 each.

Where can I buy advance tickets?

Advance tickets are on sale at Rosauers and Riverport Brewing.  Rosauers accepts cash only, so please be prepared. Riverport will run your credit card for ticket purchases.

Do I need my ID?

Yes.  This event is 21 & over only.

How many beers are there?

We’ll have 20 craft beers on tap including a cider or two and maybe a hard root beer, a few local wines, plus some Coors Light, White Claw, Twisted Tea, etc.  A little something for everyone and we’ll have plenty to go around.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

No.  We will have plenty of beer and a food vendor who will sell water and Coca-Cola products.  Bring a few extra bucks to buy something to eat!

Are kids allowed?

If your kids are over 21, then yes!  Otherwise, you’ll have to leave them home for a bit.  It’s OK….you deserve an afternoon to yourself!

Is there music?

Absolutely!  This year’s band is a Pearl Jam tribute band called “Washed in Black”.  They’re fantastic and well worth the price of admission on their own!

Will there be a place to sit?

Yes. Even if the event moves inside the red barn, we’ll have big tents for shelter with lots of tables and chairs underneath.

What if I don't like micro beer or wine?

It's a great opportunity to come try a few and discover some that you DO like!  We will also have some wine, Coors Light, White Claw and Twisted Tea just in case.

What’s the deal with the Free Ride Home?

We are providing FREE RIDES anywhere in the LC Valley! (Thanks to Vassar-Rawls and Malcom’s) Just look for the free ride bus/vehicle at the front gate.  Free rides are available from 3:00 to 6:30.  PLEASE DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE!  And be sure to tip the driver, would ya?  Driving intoxicated people around can be less than fun.

Do you take checks?

We don’t…. but who writes checks anymore anyway?  P1FCU will have “Buck” on site…he’s their mobile ATM.  You’ll have access to plenty of cash!
